One of the challenges in project and contract management is gathering requirements and assuring that you have apples-to-apples bids to properly evaluate proposals. Creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) can improve your project outcomes. This AFE presentation will review some of the basics, provide guidelines for creating a WBS and show how it can be used to develop your scope of work and bid sheets.
