A Financial Roadmap: Mile Marker Conversations
  • Starting off the new year with great information no matter one's vocation or status. While financial planning traditionally focuses on the accumulation of assets, that should only be a part of your financial journey as you navigate the path towards retirement and beyond. We’ll discuss topics of conversation that you may want to have with your financial professional, tax advisor, and legal counsel as you approach certain
“mile markers”. In addition to highlighting some of the features of a sound, financial roadmap and addressing some common misconceptions, we look forward to discussing any financial inquiries that are of importance to you!

Bill Lorenz, President and Founder of Educators First Financial of
Pennsylvania (EFFPA), is a 29-year veteran of the financial services industry
with a BS in Finance and Economics from Kutztown University. He earned his Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 2002, 2012, and 2019, respectively. These marks of excellence represent more than 1000 combined hours of study in key financial disciplines, including income taxation, retirement planning, investments, insurance, and estate planning.

Bill has clients across 12 states, representing 40 school districts and
intermediate units across southeastern Pennsylvania alone. He and his
team help people take control of their finances, plan for retirement, and prepare for a sound financial future, doing so with integrity, sincerity, and a great deal of expertise. While EFFPA specializes in helping public school employees maximize their unique benefits, they work with people of EVERY vocation, helping them to realize their financial goals.
