Members: $2,500

Non-members: $3,000


If you join AFE today as a Facilities Engineering Pro, you will save $500 on your CPMM credential and enjoy all the perks of member exclusive opportunities.


If you are not already an Active AFE Member at the time of applying, your fees will be set to the Non-Member price. As a non-member applicant, the exam fee includes a one-year complimentary membership* with AFE which allows you to engage with a local chapter or interest group in your area.


*Credential renewal fees do not include membership renewal.

AFE also offers group and private certification programs for companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and other organizations.

Does the CPS expire?
Does the CPS expire?

Yes. AFE credentials must be renewed every three years and require continuing education CEUs.


The CPS requires:

  • 4 employment CEUs
  • 4 continuing education CEUs


AFE offers different opportunities to earn CEUs including webinars that are free for members and an opportunity to author an education article for the AFE blog that counts as CEUs.
