Leading by Example

AFE leaders, members, and aspiring guests will gather for strategic team building and management sessions to help grow local chapters and focus on building the future generation of facility engineers. Leadership sessions are provided as CEU opportunities for our Facility Credential Holders as well as non-credential leaders.

Sessions include:

• Maintaining a growth mindset; for the member and the chapter
• "There is no I in TEAM" still holds true
• How to lead the new generation of Facility Pros
• Incorporating a transitional education and training program in the facilities workspace

AFE Strategic Development

Our duty as an Association representing a congregation of facility professionals is to focus on development and progress of the industry and individuals we serve through education, programs, and training.

A roundtable presentation and discussion will be held for AFE Leaders to participate in the vision layout of the Association for the next five years.

Each leader will represent his/her community and be charged with the duties to share and activate the strategic plans in their represented areas.
