ABout The Chapter 85 Board President

Greg Diamond is the newly appointed President of the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) Chapter 85 – Pioneer Valley, bringing a strong foundation in commercial building performance and facilities support to his leadership role. Professionally, Greg serves as a Field Advisor for Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance, where he applies his expertise to help building owners and facility managers optimize the lifecycle performance of roofing and building envelope systems. In this role, Greg works directly with clients to anticipate challenges, implement solutions, and ensure long-term building integrity across a wide variety of commercial facilities.

Greg’s commitment to the facilities community extends beyond his day-to-day work. He has been actively involved with AFE since 2014 and now brings that experience and passion for professional development to Chapter 85. He values the chapter’s mission of advancing facility engineering excellence and is especially enthusiastic about organizing engaging programs, tours, and educational opportunities that connect professionals across the robust and diverse facilities landscape of western Massachusetts and beyond.

Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Greg is a family-focused leader who enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and spending time outdoors—whether golfing, fishing, or exploring nature. His blend of industry experience, community involvement, and enthusiasm for facilities engineering makes him a trusted and dynamic voice for AFE Chapter 85.
