Don’t shoot the messenger but here is the sad reality. In most companies, the feedback process sucks.
In fact, most managers, supervisors and team leaders have absolutely no idea how to provide constructive feedback. They do the best with what they know. Sadly, providing and receiving feedback can become a daunting experience for both parties.

Karin's training abilities, coaching, teaching, and speaking background led her to form her own company, Karico Performance Solutions, which has enabled her to branch out to the world.
