LIVING IN A VUCA WORLD AND THE PROBLEM WITH PROBLEMS

And, have you ever been in one of those meeting where you are discussing the same problem that has been discussed every few months for the past year? You know the feeling. You look at the agenda and you think, “Oh for crying out loud. Is this still an issue? Haven’t we made a decision on this yet? Here we go again.” If you’ve had this experience, there is a good chance the problem was miscategorized a as problem to be solved when it ought to viewed as a dilemma to be managed or a complexity to be navigated.
