Advertising FEJ Information
Our community includes 2,200 members and over 9,000 AFE Certified professionals within the built environment, worldwide. These individuals, companies, and many more will be seeing your advertisements in our Facilities Engineering Journal!
Terms of Payment: All advertising must be paid for in advance of publication. No ads will run unless payment has been received, at least 2 weeks, prior to the distribution date. Any payments received after that date will not be accepted.
Placement: Every effort will be made to honor your ad placement request. All ad placements are on a first come, first serve basis.
Liability: The Association for Facilities Engineering and the editor/publisher are not, in any event, liable for any error which occurs with your ad. AFE will not, in any event, be liable for loss of income or profits or any consequential damages. AFE reserves the right to reject any advertisements that are deemed unacceptable, inappropriate or unsuitable. Advertisements with dated content material are not accepted for publication in the Facilities Engineering Journal.
Ad Formats Accepted: High-res PDFs and JPGs are preferred, minimum 300dpi. Images from the Web are not suitable for printing. All color artwork must be in CMYK mode; black-and-white artwork must be in either grayscale or bitmap mode. RGB mode artwork is not accepted and if supplied will be converted to CMYK mode, which will result in a color shift. Other formats accepted include InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop files. When sending these file types, please include all fonts and linked images. Please ensure your ad dimensions fit the measurements outlined previously.
AFE Does Not: AFE neither endorses nor approves of any particular product, brand, product-selling business or service which pays to advertise online or in the AFE Facilities Engineering journal, newsletters or other media and publication formats.
