Jon E. Martens, CFM, IFMA Fellow has more than 40 years of in-depth and diverse facilities experience. President of JEMCOR, LLC, an innovative company providing expertise in dealing with organizations in all aspects of facilities management, operations, maintenance and consulting activities within the built environment.
Mr. Martens has conducted seminars and presentations to organizations on the dimensions and challenges facing facilities professionals. In addition to his public speaking and lectures, Jon is an IFMA-certified instructor for all of IFMA’s competency courses, is internationally known for his expertise with the CFM Prep Workshop.
He has authored, co-authored, and been the consultant subject matter expert for numerous seminar development, college courses, and instructional materials for organizations in the facilities profession. Jon was inducted into IFMA’s Fellows - class of 2008. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and conducted studies on his MBA at St. Ambrose University.
